Lindenwood University was recently featured in Business Insider for its ranking as one of the 30 Best Online MBA Entrepreneurship Programs by OnlineCollegePlan.com. Lindenwood’s program was ranked 17th in the country.
The feature recognizes the program for its flexibility and convenience, noting the programs that made the list have a modern twist on the traditional MBA.
“Whether a student has an undergraduate education, wants to learn synchronously, needs more flexible scheduling, or has a unique set of needs, the universities featured for their online MBA in entrepreneurship have something to offer all types of students,” states Business Insider.
The programs chosen by OnlineCollegePlan.com were also ranked according to key statistics that measured the program’s reputation, price, return on investment, student-to-faculty ratio, and retention rate.
“We are very honored to be recognized as one of the top MBA programs in the country with a focus on entrepreneurship,” said Roger Ellis, dean of the Plaster School of Business and Entrepreneurship. “As the name of our school indicates we strive to develop an entrepreneurial mindset in all of our students.”
The Plaster School of Business was also recognized for the relevant skillset that students learn in business operations, organizational change, and financial policy. In addition to the skills students acquire from their online courses, they are taught by many of the same faculty members as the on-campus programs at an affordable price. Lindenwood ranks third on the OnlineCollegePlan.com list for best price, in addition to its entrepreneurial studies ranking.
