Leadership Graduate Certificate

Differentiate yourself, by earning the graduate certificate in leadership – a program designed to bolster your abilities to lead teams and organizations, by providing insights to leadership theory, organizational development and change management, as well as leadership strategies. Also select from a variety of courses, such as human resource management and business law & ethics, to provide you with current managerial acumen, in your pursuit of becoming a more adept leader.

"Completing the Leadership Graduate Certificate program at Lindenwood really taught me a lot about myself and the type of leader I am, as well as the leadership qualities I have and can instill in others. I currently work with student-athletes at the University of Maryland where every day I am required to be analytical and critical in my decision making and intentional and practical in my leadership skills. This program gave me the confidence and ability to bring innovative ideas, intellectual creativity, confidence and integrity to my current organization" - Chasity Prince ('15)
