Enhance Your Experience

Clubs & Organizations

The Plaster College of Business & Entrepreneurship clubs and organizations are designed to facilitate the networking of a diverse group of business students who have a special interest in a specific area of business. Meetings provide a forum for like-minded students to meet, share ideas and discuss the hot topics of the day. Guest speakers and area business professionals who are invited to attend meetings give students the opportunity to interact with professionals in their field of interest who offer valuable insights into the business world.

Internships & Career Services

The Plaster College of Business & Entrepreneurship is focused on providing you with resources and real-world opportunities to gain valuable experience you need to succeed!

Study Abroad and Global Learning

You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge outside the classroom by getting involved with study abroad and global learning opportunities. Students can do semester-long trips, faculty-led short term trips, or summer trips (internships, classes, or service learning).

Check out some stats from our program!

  • 90% of students who study abroad have a full time job within 6 months of graduation (compared to 40% of all students).
  • 90% of study abroad students who applied got into their 1st or 2nd choice of graduate school.
  • Students who complete an internship abroad earn $6,000 (on average) more in starting salaries compared to other graduates.

First Year Advising

We want you to get your college career started the right way, which is why we have our own First Year Advising office inside Harmon Hall! All first year and transfer students will work closely with our advising office to keep you on the right track during your first year.

Our advisors will help you:

  • Understand Majors, Minors, etc.
  • Find Classes
  • Get Involved - Clubs and Organizations

Once you complete your first year at Lindenwood, you will be assigned to a new advisor in your degree area.  This advisor will assist with these same areas, but will be able to provide more input and advice about your degree and future goals.
