Named after Samuel J. Niccolls, pastor of the Second Presbyterian Church of St. Louis for 51 years, Niccolls Hall was built in 1916 and dedicated in 1917.
Located on the heritage side of campus, Niccolls Hall is home to 153 male sophomores, juniors and seniors from a variety of majors, sports, and cultural backgrounds. Niccolls is made-up of spacious one-, two-, and three-person rooms with the option of a community, private or shared bathroom spread out among four floors, including the basement floor. Niccolls is not equipped with an elevator, which means that using the stairs is the only outlet when traveling up to the second, and third floors. The first, second and third floors of Niccolls hall are designated to members of the Delta Tau Delta, Phi Delta Theta, and Phi Lambda Chi fraternities, with each fraternity assigned to a specific floor. Each fraternity is awesome group of men and the perfect group for residents looking to live the Greek Life collegiate experience. Each resident of Lindenwood University in Niccolls is provided with an extra-long twin bed frame, mattress, three-drawer dresser, desk, chair, closet or wardrobe.
On the main floor of Niccolls, there is a comfortable lounge furnished with couches, tables, chairs, a microwave, foosball table and a big screen TV, perfect for dining or studying. In addition to the lounge, there is also a laundry facility on the basement floor. Microwaves in individual’s rooms are not permitted; however, students are allowed to have mini-fridges in their rooms. Any additional furniture a resident wishes to bring into their room that compromises the shared space between roommates must be approved by the Residential Community Coordinator of Niccolls Hall.
Niccolls is complete with all the modern amenities such as air conditioning, new Wi-Fi and cable television.
Niccolls is conveniently located near Spellmann Campus Center, Harmon Hall, Young Hall, Butler Hall, Library and Academic Resources Center and Roemer Hall.
