From fundraising to fun activities, there are many steps involved in promoting your organization and planning a successful event, and Student Involvement is here to help you every step of the way!  From thinking of an event your fellow students won’t want to miss, to choosing a facility, acquiring the desired resources, finding a way to pay for it all, and promoting it like crazy, we are here to help you have the most successful event possible. 

Want to raise money for your organization? All fundraising initiatives must be approved in advance. To have your idea approved, please submit the "Solicitation Approval Form" in Involve U three weeks in advance.

Did you know Student Involvement can also help you promote your event? Here are the different ways we can help you promote your event:

• Create/print fliers for you
• Post your event on our social media or in The Weekly Roar
• Table in Evans Commons or the LARC
• Have your event announced over the radio station or on the digital monitors in Evans Commons
• Paint your event on the Pride Rock

And guess what? We also have equipment you can borrow! We have things like tables, chairs, sound systems, lighting, and more!

To request any of the above, please submit the appropriate form in Involve U. All forms can be found under "Forms" in Involve U, which can be accessed by clicking on "Involve U" under "Portals" on the Lindenwood website.
