Earning a Minor in Coaching at Lindenwood University

Lindenwood University offers a minor in Coaching, which requires 21-22 credit hours of coursework. A minor in coaching gives you the opportunity to study sport injuries and emergency procedures, weight training methodology, sports psychology, character development, and coaching professionalism.

In addition to fundamental information, you will also take a course focusing on methodology of coaching a specific sport, to improve the intricacies essential for coaching success.
