Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Lindenwood University faculty and staff are working from home and all on-campus offices are closed to the public and university employees. Lindenwood personnel and offices are available for business by telephone and email to provide continuity in university operations and student support services. The nutrition minor is designed for students majoring in any of the allied health sciences or other area of interest.

A minor in Nutrition requires 18 credit hours of study to complete. It will prepare you to understand and apply key principles of nutrition and nutrition assessment, in addition to the changes of nutritional needs across the lifecycle.

You may also chose coursework related to nutrition in aspects of sport performance, medical nutrition therapy, and community health promotion.
