Unlock your inner power with the Strength and Conditioning minor from Lindenwood University.

The Strength and Conditioning minor will give you the opportunity to study courses that focus on programming for weight training, speed, agility, plyometrics, and work capacity training.

Additionally, you'll learn periodization techniques, prepare for national certification exams, and explore other topics such as athletic injuries an psychological considerations for performance.
