Majoring in Psychology

Psychology is a versatile major that prepares you for a variety of different career paths. The skills that you will acquire as a psychology major include problem-solving, oral and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking. A psychology major is employable in virtually any field involving interactions with other people. Graduates of our program at Lindenwood University commonly enter careers in the fields of human services, business, human resources, education, and criminal justice. Our graduates also pursue graduate studies in a variety of fields, including counseling, psychology, social work, law, healthcare, business, and education.
