About the Employee Wellness Program

About the Employee Wellness Program

How can I participate?

All employees will receive information on how to join during onboarding and orientation. Employees will create an account with HealthCheck360, where challenges and activities can be submitted.

Who is eligible to participate?

ALL Lindenwood University employees. That’s right! Any and all staff, faculty, and adjunct employees are welcome and encouraged to participate. Participation is especially encouraged for those enrolled in the medical insurance plan.

What are the incentives of participating?

Glad you asked! Participants earn Pride Points for completing employee wellness challenges and participating in sponsored events. Participants can use their Pride Points to redeem items from our catalog from February 1, 2024 through December 13, 2024. Employees can view the Pride Point catalog under Useful Links in Workday or in the Benefits Wallet in HealthCheck360.

Participants enrolled in the medical insurance plan will also earn Lifestyle Reward Points in addition to Pride Points.

How can I view my Pride Points?

All employees can view their Pride Points in Workday, including how many have been earned and redeemed for prizes.

How to View Pride Points

When can I submit my activities?

Any activities completed between February 1, 2024 and November 15, 2024 can be submitted in your HC360 portal to earn points. Anything submitted after November 15, 2024 will not be rewarded. Pride Points can be redeemed through December 13, 2024.

What is the difference between Pride Points and Lifestyle Reward Points?

All employees can earn Pride Points for participating in wellness activities and challenges. These can be redeemed for fun prizes in our catalog.

Lifestyle Reward Points are only awarded to those on the medical health insurance plan. These points help employees maintain the wellness participation rate from year to year. For more information on what activities count for each category, please view the guides in Workday.
