Evans Commons

This, FREE facility for employees (must have a valid Lindenwood ID to gain access), offers a variety of classes like Zumba, Meditation, Cycling, along with a well-equipped gym to help keep you engaged and motivated. Classes are offered at an assortment of times to help accommodate everyone’s varying schedules. Along with that, faculty and staff are able to bring guest with $5 per visit! Want to get started on an exercise program but don’t know where to start? Let our senior exercise science students put together a safe, fun, and effective program designed specifically for you!

Senior Exercise Science Student-Trainer Fitness Program

  • One-on-one personal training tailored towards the client’s goals
  • Fall & Spring Semester: lasts 8-9 weeks of the semester
  • Pre & post fitness assessments administered
  • Volunteer clients MUST commit to 150 minutes per week for the entire training program
  • Training time and location

Power Hour

These workouts are brought to you by the Athletic Performance Staff! Power Hour is a fun training atmosphere where employees are encouraged to try new things, push their limits, and build comradery with colleagues. Come support the Athletic Performance staff and get your sweat on! Power Hour is offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Fitness Center located behind the Field House. F45 Training

Functional training for 45 minutes located right down the street! This gym values innovation, motivation, and results. It is a team-training atmosphere, with personalized fitness and life changing results! In addition, you can try out the workouts with a FREE WEEK trial! Transformation Training & Nutrition

This facility offers small group training sessions with trainer, Jason Null. Each 1-hour session focuses on a specialized format such as strength training, endurance, and core. They provide professional coaching to clients ranging from youth to grandmothers, professional athletes and those who simply want to be healthy. Your first visit is FREE! The Training Ground

A variety classes from kickboxing to one on one personal training sessions. Boredom is not in the cards for this gym! In addition, Lindenwood employees and students can receive 50% off their normal rate of $129 with their valid Lindenwood ID…that means you can join for only $69 a month – no contract!

Exercise & Performance Nutrition Lab Testing

The Exercise and Performance Nutrition Laboratory (EPNL) is able to complete a wide variety of assessments that deliver accurate and reliable outcomes to help you meet your health and fitness goals, track progress, and measure the effectiveness of your training and/or nutrition program. These tests are offered at a discounted price to employees OR they can be purchased using your LindenWell wellbucks!
