For Students

We're here to assist our students and alumni in finding success in the world of work.

The mission of the Career Center is to provide resources and support to students and alumni as they prepare to make career plans and transitions for a lifetime. We continually strive to cultivate strong relationships with employers, faculty, and community members by establishing a link between education and the world of work. The office provides a full array of services through Career Services. It is important to remember, however, that we cannot "place" you in a position.  We do not make hiring decisions, nor do we create jobs.

Kristen Papadakos

"My career aspirations were crystallized when I took professor Wehrli's Career Development course in my senior year. It's one of those courses that should be a requirement regardless of your field of study. My advice for any college student would be to take advantage of your Career Center on campus, that way your transition from graduation to career will be a seamless one!" ~ Internship Coordinator, York University, MBA '14, BA '13
