(Spring 2018) Kate Harpootlian
During Kate's 1-week residency, she taught classes in contemporary, jazz, and improvisational techniques. She also led discussions about auditioning and working in the entertainment industry. Her new work "Awaken each one, awaken" premiered in our 2018 Spring Dance Concert.
(Spring 2016) Joy Davis
Joy has a 1-week residency this January where she will teach master classes in Countertechnique and set an original work to premiere in the Spring Dance Concert. Classes are open to the public. Please watch The Lindenwood University Dance Department Facebook page for updates on these classes.

Nejla Yasemin Yatkin, of NY2 Dance, taught a master class in modern dance.

Lindenwood University students performed Runaway (2008), choreographed by Larry Keigwin, originally commissioned by The Dance Division of The Juilliard School, and restaged by KEIGWIN + COMPANY dancer Kile Hotchkiss.
(Fall 2011) Trevor Harrison
(Lindenwood Alum, 2007) created Never Had A Chance on students in the Lindenwood University Dance Ensemble, performed in the Fall Dance Concert 2011.
(Fall 2012, Fall 2010 and Spring 2009) Michael Mizerany
Mr. Mizerany is an independent choreographer who has taught master classes in modern dance and recently set a new work Relentless (2012) on Lindenwood University students.
(Fall 2009) Paula Young David
Former dancer with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, and current Artistic Director of The Big Muddy Dance Company, Ms. David has taught multiple master classes and set People of Treasures 4 on Lindenwood University dancers.

Artistic Director of LehrerDance, Mr. Lehrer visited Lindenwood several times to give master classes.
