Music (BA) with MO K-12 Instrumental Teacher Certification

BA degrees offered in Traditional formats

A Bachelor of Arts in music with Missouri K-12 instrumental teacher certification requires you to study 108 credit hours. You will learn music theory, plus techniques in woodwind, brass, percussion, string, and guitar. You will also study piano proficiency and the history of western music.

Education classes are also required for this degree, and you will study the methods of teaching instrumental music at the K-12 level, student teaching, and more.
