Course Description

Scriptwriting is visual storytelling, and it is essential that what we write moves the story forward. Students will analyze professional scripts and discover the goal and flaws of the main character, the conflicts along the way, and how the character changes. Students will create their own characters, storylines, settings, actions, and dialect that set the tone for the story. Complete short professional scripts and loglines will be required.
