    • The purpose of this project is to assess the nutrition education status of high schooled aged athletes, their parents and caregivers as well as their sport coaches across the entire state of Missouri.
  • Impact of Caffeine Timing on Resistance Training Performance - Participate in this Study
    • The purpose of this project is to assess the impact of caffeine timing on lower-body resistance training performance in men and women.

  • Impact of Lactate Supplementation on Endurance Cycling Performance - Participate in this Study
    • The purpose of this project is to assess the independent and combined impact of lactate and glucose supplementation on endurance cycling performance.

  • Genetic Influences on Sport Performance and Athlete Health: ACTN3, R577X and APOE Polymorphisms in Highly Trained NCAA Athletes
    • The purpose of this study is to assess the prevalence of various genetic polymorphisms in a large cohort of trained collegiate athletes.
